Background Dr. Happy Dumbi Omenogor is a patriotic Nigerian.Born on 2nd November 1968, he attended the then Bendel State University Ekpoma where he took a degree in English from the Faculty of Arts.Later,he went back to the school now Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma and bagged a masters degree in the same field. He researched for a Ph.D in English at Delta state university Abraka,Nigeria and got it in 2013.He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from University of Port-Hacourt, where he made a distinction in 2010. He is registered by Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria Abuja to teach English all over Nigeria and beyond.
